Orders:
To enable us to process and despatch your order we require an official order which can be either faxed, mailed or emailed to us. The order is required to clearly state the order No:, the quantity and order codes of the goods required, delivery instructions and addresss and a contact name for the order.

Terms:
We provide a 14 day account for Government departments and schools both state and private. We also run accounts for customers who have met our account requirements (please call for details). For all other customers we would require payment with order.

Quotes:
We are more than happy to provide quotes to help process your orders accurately. As a number of our goods are considered hazardous for shipping purposes we are required to ship them via road freight, therefore it is adviseable to request a quote including freight to obtain an accurate total cost.

Shipping:
We generally ship orders in one of the following ways: For smaller none hazardous orders we use post and express post Australia wide. For Sydney Metropolitan area, Newcastle, Hunter Valley & Wollongong we use Clipper Couriers. For hazardous and larger orders Australia wide we use TNT Express road freight. Please contact us for a freight cost on your orders.

Payment:
Payment can be made by cheque, Australian Dollar Money Order or direct deposit, (contact us for our bank details)
